TV3 Construction Consulting Electric Joint Stock Company (TV3) has disclosed an unusual change involving its senior leadership. On June 8, 2026, the Party Committee of TV3 received a notice from the Investigation Police Agency under the Ministry of Public Security regarding the remand arrest of three executives: Nguyen Nhu Hoang Tuan (Chairman of the Board), Lac Thai Phuoc (Chief Executive Officer), and Pham Hoang Vinh (Chief Accountant).
TV3 said its information disclosure was made in accordance with applicable laws. The company also stated that its operations remain organized and carried out in line with the law, the company’s charter, and internal governance rules. TV3 added that any information arising from the case will be disclosed as required.
TV3 noted that the court decisions involving the company’s leadership are part of an ongoing expansion of the Ministry of Public Security’s investigation related to the EVNNPT incident, PC1 Group, and related units.
Before TV3, several senior executives in consulting and electrical installation groups had also been indicted and placed under remand. These include Trinh Van Tuan (Chairman of PC1), Nguyen Huu Chinh (Chairman of TV1), and Nguyen Chon Hung (Chairman of TV2).
