In 2025, the Adelaïde Group reported aggregated turnover of €495 million, up 10%, confirming the strength of its insurance brokerage and management model. The insurance brokerage and consultancy business (Verlingue, Angelus) grew 9.5% to €344 million, while the Génération management division increased 10% to €134 million.
In the insurance distribution and underwriting businesses (Cocoon, Dune), revenue reached €17 million, up 20%. The Group also reported strong customer metrics, with a customer satisfaction index of 88% and a retention rate of 95%. International business accounted for 24% of Group turnover in 2025.
“In a market still affected by geopolitical tensions, our progress confirms the strength of our model and the trust of our customers,” said Gilles Bénéplanc, deputy CEO of the Adelaïde Group.
The Group said growth continued across the insurance intermediation value chain in 2025, driven by expansion in its insurance brokerage activities. The growth strategy also included external development initiatives, including the acquisition of EBCam by Verlingue in the United Kingdom, ongoing acquisitions of portfolios and commercial talent in Italy, an increase in Adelaïde’s stake in Angelus Courtage, and the acquisition of a stake in Antoma Courtage.
Consulting and intermediation activities, led by Verlingue and Angelus Courtage (both described as among the top 20 intermediation firms in France), supported the Group’s market position.
The Group said it remains committed to implementing its Better Future plan and reiterated its European objective. “Our objective remains the same: to build a leading and independent European group, leveraging the strength of our business model, the quality of our teams and a structured and sustainable growth strategy,” said Benjamin Verlingue, President and CEO of the Adelaïde Group.
The Adelaïde Group specializes in consulting, intermediation, distribution and management of insurance. It operates five companies: Verlingue, Génération, Cocoon, Dune and Angelus. The Group is described as one of the leading insurance brokers in France, with 3,100 employees, €5,100 million in premiums negotiated, 2.8 million insured with health coverage, and a presence in five European countries.
