On 17/6/2026, Vietnam’s domestic fuel market showed a broad decline across several products, while kerosene recorded a small gain. Overall, the domestic movements were consistent with the global trend toward lower oil prices.
Domestic prices (VND/liter):
DO 0,001S-V fell to 27,130 in Zone 1 and 27,670 in Zone 2, down 1,780. DO 0,05S-II decreased to 25,870 (Zone 1) and 26,380 (Zone 2), down 1,780. E5 RON 92 in Zone 2 eased to 21,750 (Zone 1: 21,330), down 1,920. Kerosene 2-K rose slightly to 25,890 (Zone 1) and 26,400 (Zone 2), up 90. RON 95 prices were reported without a stated change: 24,150 (Zone 1) and 24,630 (Zone 2) for RON 95-III; 25,050 (Zone 1) and 25,550 (Zone 2) for RON 95-V.
International oil prices:
Brent was at 79.46 USD/barrel. Compared with previous day levels (83.8 USD), it is lower by 7 days (95.61) and 30 days (109.12). WTI stood at 75.8 USD/barrel, down from 81.52 USD (previous day), 92.94 USD (7 days ago), and 102.38 USD (30 days ago).
