Fuel prices in Vietnam on 23/5/2026 moved higher in the domestic market across several monitored products, with increases reported in both Zone 1 and Zone 2.
Domestic prices (VND per liter) showed broad gains: DO 0,001S-V rose to 30,020 (Zone 1) and 30,620 (Zone 2), up +1,540; DO 0,05S-II increased to 28,760 and 29,330, also +1,540. Kerosene 2-K climbed to 28,360 and 28,920 (+650).
Gasoline products also increased. E5 RON 92-II rose to 24,340 and 24,820 (+1,210). RON 95 variants increased as well: RON 95-III to 25,540 and 26,050 (+1,470), and RON 95-V to 26,440 and 26,960 (+1,470).

Globally, international oil prices were higher. Brent crude was quoted at 103.94 USD per barrel, compared with 104.49 USD one day ago and 109.26 USD 7 days ago (30 days: not provided). WTI crude was 97 USD per barrel, compared with 97.7 USD one day ago and 101.02 USD 7 days ago (30 days: not provided).
