The Bac Ninh Department of Construction has published information on the first leasing phase of social housing for workers at the social housing project in the New Town of Nếnh, Việt Yên District, Bac Giang Province (now Nếnh Ward, Bac Ninh Province). According to the notice, the total number of rental apartments at Buildings CT2-4 is 247 units. The window for submitting rental applications runs from May 16 to June 16, 2026. The rent is 101,000 VND per square meter per month, inclusive of VAT and maintenance costs. Applications must be submitted directly at the investor’s office, apartment CT1-1.01-10, New Town of Nếnh. The project is led by a joint venture of Saigon - Haiphong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company and Evergreen Bac Giang Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, built on lots CT.1 and CT.2 with a total area of 32,271 m2, within the Detailed Planning of the New Town of Nếnh. Among them, the social housing buildings have a construction area of 12,800 m2 (Lot CT.1 about 6,900 m2 and Lot CT.2 about 5,900 m2). The apartments are designed with areas from 25 to 70 m2, providing full communal living spaces, parking areas and resident amenities; they are also equipped with electrical systems, water supply and drainage, fire protection, ventilation, lighting and communications. The project is designed to accommodate 12,000 residents. In addition to the above project, the Bac Ninh Department of Construction also announced the sale and rental of 162 apartments in Towers V1, V2 and V8 within the social housing project for workers in the industrial park area in Yen Phong commune, Bac Ninh. The apartments range from 26 m2 to 67 m2. For Towers V1 and V2, the selling price is about 10 million VND per m2, while rent is 60,807 VND per m2 per month. For Tower V8, the selling price is about 8.5 million VND per m2, with rent of 44,000 VND per m2 per month. The application window opens from May 15 to June 15, 2026. According to the Department of Construction, in April 2026, several social housing projects in Bac Ninh were confirmed to meet business operation conditions. These include Cat Tuong Smart City Social Housing with 1,040 units and Cat Tuong ECO with 1,080 units, developed by Cat Tuong Joint Stock Company; Thong Nhats Smart City Social Housing with 1,048 units by Thong Nhats Trading and Development Joint Stock Company; Cao Nguyen 2 with 336 units and Cao Nguyen 3 with 408 units by Cao Nguyen Bac Ninh Joint Stock Company. Additionally, there is a social housing and commercial services complex with 1,015 units by Anh Phu Trading and Services Co., Ltd; a 476-unit social housing and commercial services project by Vinh Cat Company; and a 555-unit Hoang Gia social housing project by Hoang Gia Ltd.
