On May 9, the launch event for the Bespoke-standard model show apartments at Khai Hoan Imperial was held at the Sales Gallery facing National Route 13, opposite AEON Mall Bình Dương Canary. The event drew a large audience, including more than 80 distribution agencies.
Khai Hoan Land representatives introduced the 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom model apartments to give visitors a direct view of the planned living spaces and a tailor-made concept for different customer segments. The two show units are:
The apartments are designed in a Modern Neo-Classic style with neutral tones, with layouts intended to optimize natural light and functionality. The 1-bedroom unit is positioned for sophisticated single buyers, while the 2-bedroom unit targets young families seeking efficient space use.
The event highlighted collaborations with international brands for furnishings, including Duravit, Grohe, Panasonic, and Häfele. Delivery is expected in July 2028.
Khai Hoan Imperial also features interiors from international brands, a full set of amenities, and a “made-to-measure” lifestyle approach.
The project benefits from prime frontage on Dai Lộ 13, across from AEON Mall Bình Dương Canary. Access is expected to improve further with upcoming infrastructure, including Vành đai 3 and the Ho Chi Minh City–Thủ Dầu Một–Chơn Thành expressways.
Multi-level amenities include a knowledge square, a luxury-focused park, a Mediterranean-style saline pool on the ground floor, an infinity onsen pool, a gym, spa, Virtual Golf, and a cinema.
The delivery to buyers is anticipated to attract more than 45,000 international executives and corporate leaders working in multinational groups in the region.
