At the ceremony, the project investor, An Binh Thang Long Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, was represented by Mr. Phạm Thế Tùng, Deputy General Director, who said: “Bích Động Lakeside is developed with a modern riverside urban orientation, optimizing both living value and commercial value. This will be a standout anchor at Việt Yên, where location, planning, and long-term growth potential converge.”
The organizers described the event as more than a sales-office opening, saying it marks a strategic shift in bringing the project to market and aims to strengthen investor confidence as the market moves into an infrastructure-led re-pricing phase.
Formal distribution partner certificates were awarded, and the “fueling the project launch” ritual was conducted to officially kick off the sales campaign across the distribution network.
Nine distribution partners participated, including: Tiến Phát Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company; SG0 Real Estate; AMI & MK Kinh Bắc; Minh Vũ Kinh Bắc Trading Services and Investment Co., Ltd.; Sun Real Group; An Gia Cát Trading and Investment Co.; Bình Nguyên Homes Real Estate; Master Real Real Estate Development Group; and XHOMES Trading and Investment Services.
The event also drew more than 500 sales professionals and guests from distribution platforms, described by the organizers as one of the region’s largest kickoff activities, reflecting growing interest in Việt Yên’s real estate market.
A live booking program was held during the ceremony, alongside a promotion titled “Golden Slot, Receive a Luxury Car.” According to the organizers, deposits paid on-site would immediately receive a SH 125i motorcycle valued at 100 million VND.
At the event, one customer placed a deposit on-site, while 65 customers booked to secure the promotion.
Bích Động Lakeside is a 14.84-hectare riverside urban-commercial ecological area located in the center of Việt Yên ward. The project includes 296 adjacent townhouses, shophouses, and villas, planned with a modern orientation that combines green living space with business potential.
The organizers highlighted a “threefold prime” location: proximity to Việt Yên’s administrative center opposite the courthouse, tax department, social insurance office, and treasury; riverside positioning with ecological scenery and a year-round pleasant climate; and frontage on National Route 37, linking directly to Ring Road 4 and the Hanoi–Bắc Giang–Lạng Sơn Expressway.
Travel times cited by the organizers include about 40–45 minutes to reach Hà Nội and about 10–15 minutes to reach Bắc Ninh and Bắc Giang. The project is also adjacent to major industrial zones such as Đình Trám, Vân Trung, and Quang Châu.
Bích Động Lakeside is described as having a synchronized internal infrastructure system, including 19–22m wide roads, 6m sidewalks, and 6–7m product frontage to optimize land use. The project includes more than 40 all-in-one amenities such as a square, riverside promenade, a kindergarten, a shopping center, parks, sports facilities, and parking.
The construction density is stated at 18%, with substantial green and water areas, aimed at creating a balanced living environment between urban life and nature.
On legal status, the organizers said the project has clear documentation, with red books issued for each lot and ready for transactions, which they described as a factor supporting investor confidence and liquidity.
The organizers framed the launch within a broader market context of declining interest rates, saying cash flow is expected to shift from savings toward safer outlets with sustainable returns. They described Bích Động Lakeside’s per-lot legal status and central connectivity as making it a “safe harbor” for capital, with the large-scale kickoff indicating liquidity potential and aiming to support a new growth cycle for Việt Yên’s real estate market.
They also pointed to a rate-cut environment as easing cash pressures for homebuyers, particularly younger buyers and workers in nearby industrial zones such as Đình Trám, Vân Trung, and Quang Châu, as credit conditions gradually loosen and borrowing costs decline.
With low building density of 18% and more than 40 amenities, the project was positioned by the organizers as aligned with an ecological real estate trend, supported by cheaper capital costs to attract demand for riverside living as the market re-prices.
Reatimes Holding said it focuses on resolving legal issues and advising on real estate project strategy, including product positioning, project structure, market rollout, and lifecycle-wide management. The company cited examples of projects it has helped revitalize, including Palmy Biztown, Medi Town, and An Thanh Eco Villas.
