On April 12, in Quảng Ngãi, NHSLAND Joint Stock Company, a real estate investment and development firm, officially held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Coastal Quảng Ngãi project, aiming to open a coastal living space, add premium lodging infrastructure to the locality, and contribute to upgrading the province’s appearance and tourism appeal.
The Coastal Quảng Ngãi groundbreaking ceremony—A community by HAUS—was attended by central leaders, local authorities, the NHSLAND investor, and representatives of domestic and international partners.
Coastal Quảng Ngãi is located in Tu Nghĩa commune and covers nearly 94 hectares. The project is designed to develop into a modern coastal urban community where international living standards blend with local identity.
The project plans to build a comprehensive living ecosystem that integrates residential, commercial, educational, entertainment, and healthcare spaces. It also targets a convenient, dynamic living environment in balance with nature through sustainable planning, renewable energy use, and environmentally friendly materials.
Mr. Nguyễn Hoàng Giang, a member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, and Chairman of Quảng Ngãi Provincial People’s Committee, said the province has long worked to improve the investment and business environment by issuing open policies to facilitate domestic and foreign investors exploring, cooperating, and developing long-term in the locality.
He noted that many projects have been built and are operating effectively, and described Coastal Quảng Ngãi as one of them.
Mr. Giang expressed confidence that, with the project owner’s business strength and experience and with reputable partners worldwide, the project will bring a modern, luxurious, internationally-class urban area to Quảng Ngãi, linked with people and culture, while supporting a sustainable community.
He also highlighted that in 2026, the province will accelerate investment and complete key transport infrastructure projects, including upgrading the Dung Quất Economic Zone infrastructure; the Hoàng Sa – Dốc Sỏi route; and the Dung Quất – Sa Huỳnh coastal road. Once completed, these projects are expected to form a synchronized connectivity system, boost urban development, tourism, and the marine economy, and enhance the province’s competitiveness and investment attractiveness in the coming period.
Mr. Michael Sheren, Chairman of HAUS, said Coastal Quảng Ngãi will create a modern living space and elevate the quality of life for about 4,000 local residents, forming a sustainable community.
He stated that the project’s amenity ecosystem—from healthcare and wellness therapies to green spaces and community activities—will provide a balanced living standard, offering holistic care for both body and mind each day.
The project is positioned as a contributor to improving living standards, spurring infrastructure and tourism, and supporting the local economy. It is also expected to create job opportunities and raise modern living standards for the wider region, helping unlock Quảng Ngãi’s potential and support its step onto the Southeast Asia sustainable development map.
According to the project representatives, with experience, capability, and a network of leading international partners, they commit to making Coastal Quảng Ngãi a model of a sustainable community, aiming to bring advanced experiences and technologies to serve local people.
