The Da Nang People’s Committee has approved the investment policy for the Hoà Phước social housing project on the Social Housing 1 land plot within the ST1-6 Innovation and Creative Planning sub-zone in Hoa Xuan ward. The project will be developed by Truong Hai Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company.
The development includes four social housing towers with about 1,326 units, two adjacent commercial-residential blocks with about 40 units, and a five-story commercial-service building. Total investment is more than VND 2 trillion.
The project is planned to be completed and put into operation in sequence from 2028 to 2030 for the above components.
The project is intended to construct social housing apartments to be sold to eligible beneficiaries under social housing policies as defined by law. The commercial housing portion within the project may be leased or exploited under an investor mechanism as prescribed by the Housing Law 2023.
The Da Nang People’s Committee requires the investor to be fully responsible under the law for the legality, accuracy, and truthfulness of the dossier requesting approval of the investment policy, as well as other documents submitted to competent authorities.
