On April 19, Thong Nht Joint Stock Company announced that it has been confirmed as eligible to sell 75 social housing units at Building 4, part of the workers’ housing block within the housing development project at the Service Center Area of Bau Xeo Industrial Park in Trang Bom commune, Dong Nai province. The project is designed with six blocks, totaling 624 apartments. To date, 205 units have been completed and 75 units are set to be opened for sale. The project is also part of Dong Nai province’s housing development program for the 2021-2030 period, aiming to reach more than 67,000 social housing units by 2030. When completed, the Service Center Area of Bau Xéo Industrial Park will not only provide workers with stable housing but also boost development in Trang Bom, turning the area into a vibrant industrial service hub. In the context of rising demand for social housing, especially in large industrial zones, news of the sale of 75 social housing apartments in Dong Nai has attracted attention and raised hopes for many low-income residents in the area. With unit sizes ranging from 45 to 63 square meters and an average sale price near 16 million VND per square meter, these apartments are viewed as an ideal option for low-income earners. This will not only help address housing needs but also provide a catalyst for local socio-economic development.
