Hoang Dieu Industrial Park is developed by Hoang Dieu IP Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company, a member of Hoa Phat Group. The project is implemented in Gia Phuc commune, Hai Phong City.
The industrial park covers about 245 hectares, with total investment of nearly 3.4 trillion VND. The objective is to build and operate industrial park infrastructure, including land lease, workshops, warehouses, and offices. The park also prioritizes attracting high-tech manufacturing enterprises.
A key advantage highlighted for Hoang Dieu Industrial Park is its strategic location with multi-directional connectivity. The project is adjacent to the Hanoi – Hai Phong Expressway and near major national routes including Highways 5A, 37, and 38.
From the park, goods can be moved easily to Hanoi, Bac Ninh, and Lang Son, and can be quickly connected to Hai Phong Port, Cat Bi Airport, and Noi Bai International Airport. The location is intended to help optimize the supply chain and improve efficiency for tenants leasing the infrastructure.
The investor and local authorities commit to applying preferential policies, supporting enterprise connections, and creating a favorable investment environment for manufacturers and exporters, particularly in supporting industries and high-tech sectors.
With complete infrastructure, Hoang Dieu Industrial Park is expected to become a leading industrial destination in the northern region.
