From April 20, 2026, Hue City will implement a rent relief policy offering a 50% exemption or reduction in rent for priority groups within the local area.
The policy applies to the following subjects:
Hue City will apply different rent relief levels depending on the beneficiary group:
For organizations assigned to tasks by the Party and State to use as offices when there is no office yet, the city will exempt rent for the entire lease duration. The application area must not exceed the standard quotas for office space and units performing public service activities as prescribed by the Government.
For socialization facilities, rent reductions will be equal to the rent amount of land rent (within the rent structure) for the entire lease duration.
For cooperatives, cooperative unions, and cooperative groups that meet the entitlement criteria, rent relief will be equal to 50% of land rent (within the rent structure), but capped at not more than 5 million dong per month per priority object. The maximum duration is 3 years from the date of signing the lease.
Enterprises in the priority group will also receive rent relief equal to 50% of land rent (within the rent structure), capped at not more than 5 million dong per month per enterprise. The maximum duration is 3 years from the date of signing the lease.
