On 3 April 2026, Green SM Indonesia and Bank Central Asia (BCA) announced the signing of an investment loan agreement totaling IDR 600 billion, with a tenure of five years. The agreement formalizes a long-term financial partnership between the two parties.
The investment loan is intended as the next step in the cooperation between Green SM Indonesia and BCA. It reflects the parties’ commitment to supporting sustainable, transparent business development and sound governance in Indonesia’s urban mobility sector.
The loan is designed to support Green SM Indonesia’s readiness to operate and to help ensure the continuity of its services. It is expected to provide a stable financial foundation that enables the company to maintain a growth-oriented approach and deliver services consistently in the cities where it operates.
The signing follows collaboration that began with the launch of Green SM’s electric taxi service in Jakarta in December 2024. Since then, BCA and Green SM Indonesia have worked together on customer-facing programs and joint initiatives aimed at improving service access and raising awareness of environmentally friendly mobility solutions.
By moving from cooperative activities to an official financial agreement, the parties said the partnership is deepening, alongside BCA’s support for Green SM Indonesia’s operating model and governance standards.
The partnership also highlights BCA’s role in supporting business sectors linked to urban development, including a shift toward more efficient mobility solutions for a greener future.
