Indochina Kajima has completed the topping-out ceremony and announced Wink Hanoi Westlake, part of the Wink Unscripted by Hyatt chain, which is expected to open in early 2027.
The hotel is positioned to deliver a high-quality lodging experience with optimized functionality, a unique architectural design, advanced technology, and sustainable operations. It is intended to meet Hyatt’s global quality standards and service.
Located at 18 Thuy Khe Street, Wink Hanoi Westlake will comprise 406 rooms, including 287 hotel rooms and 119 serviced apartments. The property is designed to offer views over West Lake, Bach Thao Park, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, and other prominent landmarks in Hanoi.
With convenient connectivity, the hotel is about 15 minutes from the city center and 25 minutes from Noi Bai International Airport. It is situated in a dynamic and culturally diverse area with local and international dining options and nearby attractions.
The project also marks the launch of the Unscripted by Hyatt brand in Hanoi. At Wink Hanoi Westlake, guests will have access to Hyatt’s World of Hyatt loyalty program and Wink’s STAY24 program, which allows check-in at any time and a full 24-hour stay.
According to Peter Ryder, CEO of Indochina Capital, Wink is a brand with a Vietnamese character and an independent spirit, built on technology and spaces designed for the connected generation. He said the interiors blend contemporary style with inspiration from Vietnam’s craft heritage, expressed through vibrant color palettes.
Ryder also highlighted a seamless check-in process via a mobile app, with the room key integrated into guests’ devices. He noted that services and facilities operate 24/7, including Grab & Go food and beverage, laundry, and fitness facilities, with support for cashless payments.
Ryder added that amid ongoing volatility, the company believes Hanoi will continue to attract both domestic and international visitors, and that Wink Hanoi Westlake, Unscripted by Hyatt, will offer differentiated and memorable experiences with a strong local character.
Wink Hanoi Westlake, Unscripted by Hyatt is developed by Indochina Kajima and Newtatco, and built by contractor Viteccons. It is the seventh hotel in Wink Unscripted by Hyatt’s portfolio, following Wink Saigon Center, two hotels in Da Nang, and hotels in Hai Phong, Tuy Hoa, and Can Tho.
