The kickoff event for the Khải Hoàn Imperial project recently attracted more than 3,500 sales professionals from 100 distribution agencies, introducing to the market a supply of luxury apartments in Northeast Ho Chi Minh City.
Organized on April 6, 2026 at Thiskyhall Sala, the program titled “Symphony on the Roman Arena – Bespoke Your Success” featured a stage concept inspired by the ancient Roman arena. The sound, lighting, and performances were designed to highlight a pioneering spirit and a market-conquering strategy by the sales team.
The centerpiece of the event was the official announcement of the Khải Hoàn Imperial project. A representative of the developer said that, as the former Bình Dương region shifts toward a technology-service-innovation urban model, demand for living spaces for high-quality professionals and workers is increasing.
The project is positioned as a luxury apartment model under the “Bespoke living” standard, a trend toward personalizing living spaces to the needs of different resident groups. Unlike mass-market development models, Khải Hoàn Imperial is designed in a coordinated manner from master planning and architecture to amenities and operations, targeting professionals, managers, and high-income families.
The project was also honored in the category “Best Living-Style Design Project 2025” at the Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards, reflecting a development focus on living experience.
At the event, detailed information about the master plan, products, and amenities was presented. The project integrates on-site facilities including an infinity pool, a park, a sports–recreation area, a family cinema, and a community gathering space.
In addition to 1- to 3-bedroom units, the project also includes a limited penthouse line with private pools.
From a market perspective, infrastructure is presented as a key driver. Khải Hoàn Imperial is located along National Route 13, a transportation corridor being expanded, with direct connections to Beltway 3 and Metro Line 2 (HCMC – Thủ Dầu Một). The project is also described as benefiting from the TOD (transit-oriented development) urban development model.
The project area is said to have already formed an ecosystem of amenities including a shopping mall, an international hospital, a golf course, and high-tech industrial zones—supporting both housing demand and rental investment potential.
Development partners mentioned include Dewan (design firm) and MB Bank (financial partner), contributing to a broader development ecosystem.
The participation of a large-scale distributor network from the early stage signals substantial market expectations for the project. In a context where supply of high-quality housing in Northeast Ho Chi Minh City remains limited, Khải Hoàn Imperial is described as one of the notable projects expected in the near future.
