Khai Hoan Land has signed strategic partnerships with general contractor Phuoc Thanh and international brands including Duravit, Panasonic, Häfele and Grohe, marking a new milestone in the development of Khai Hoan Imperial, positioned as a “Bespoke” luxury apartment complex.
The signing ceremony took place at GEM Center on April 23. Representatives from Khai Hoan Land Group (HOSE: KHG), the project developer of Khai Hoan Imperial, attended alongside strategic partners, including general contractor Phuoc Thanh, as well as more than 80 distributors.
Khai Hoan Land officially signed a cooperation with Phuoc Thanh Construction, which will serve as the general contractor for the Khai Hoan Imperial project. Phuoc Thanh is described as one of Vietnam’s leading general contractors, with more than 20 years of development and experience delivering 180 projects domestically and internationally across sectors including luxury apartments, large-scale urban developments, industrial, resorts, education and healthcare facilities.
During the event, Khai Hoan Land also signed strategic deals with luxury interior and equipment brands—Duravit, Panasonic, Häfele and Grohe—aiming to align the project with international standards.
In remarks, a Khai Hoan Land representative said Khai Hoan Imperial is positioned as a Bespoke luxury apartment complex where spaces and amenities are “made-to-measure” according to professional standards. The company said it seeks partners based not only on capability, but also on alignment of standards and long-term commitments, with an emphasis on quality, credibility and the customer living experience.
The article also notes that early partner engagement is intended to support the project’s operating foundations and quality, reinforcing market confidence in the value offered by Khai Hoan Imperial.
Khai Hoan Imperial is located on National Highway 13, an arterial road currently being widened to 60m. The site is directly connected to Beltway 3 and the Ho Chi Minh City – Thu Dau Mot Metro line. The area is described as the “brain hub” of Northeast Ho Chi Minh City, home to more than 45,000 professionals and senior managers and nearly 1 million high-quality workers.
The project is developed as a Bespoke luxury apartment model with multi-level amenities and living spaces tailored to different resident groups. Reported experiential amenities include Knowledge Plaza, Elite Park, a 21st-floor infinity pool, Virtual Golf training room, Gym/fitness center, Spa & sauna, library, and a mini cinema.
With a design partner described as having 40 years of international experience, Dewan, Khai Hoan Imperial was honored in the category “Best Living Style Design Project of the Year 2025” at the Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards.
The article states that, supported by the main contractor’s capacity and the backing of international brands such as Duravit, Panasonic, Häfele and Grohe, Khai Hoan Imperial is expected to be implemented in a synchronized and meticulous manner. The project is described as aiming to deliver durable value over time and establish a long-term reputation as an internationally recognized symbol of luxury living in Northeast Ho Chi Minh City.
