On May 11, 2026, Le Phong Group signed strategic cooperation agreements with multiple partners across design, construction, technology, finance, and distribution to implement The Emerald River Park project in Lai Thiêu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The project is developed with an orientation of “riverfront resort city.”
The signing ceremony is described as a preparatory step before the project officially launches in the market. The investor said the agreements help complete the project’s ecosystem of partners spanning design, construction, operations, technology, and distribution.
The ceremony involved units active in design, construction, operations, technology, finance, and distribution, including:
Speaking at the event, Bui Nguyen Phong, Chairman of the Board and founder of the Le Phong Group ecosystem, said cooperation with partners represents a new step in the company’s development strategy. He described the project as a high-end riverside condominium complex with a synchronized master plan, construction quality, and resort-grade amenities.
The Emerald River Park is positioned around the “riverfront resort city” concept, leveraging proximity to water and multi-layer utilities. A highlighted feature is a 5-star standard marina located in front of the residential units, intended to support a river-based transportation model connecting the area to central Ho Chi Minh City.
The project plans to offer multiple product types, including residential units, serviced apartments, and commercial-residential units. On-site amenities listed include an infinity pool, riverside park, outdoor sports facilities, a pickleball court, BBQ area, gym, yoga, sauna, a rooftop library, and green landscaped spaces.
Beyond on-site facilities, the project is set to connect with existing Lai Thiêu amenities such as international schools, an international hospital, a shopping center, and the regional transportation network. The project targets professionals, young families, and domestic and international investors.
With its riverside location in Lai Thiêu and planning under a resort-city model, The Emerald River Park is expected to add premium apartment supply to the eastern Ho Chi Minh City market in the near future.
