Le Phong Group has signed a strategic partnership with domestic and international partners to implement The Emerald River Park luxury apartment project in Lái Thiêu, Ho Chi Minh City, marking a new phase for the company’s riverfront apartment product line.
At the signing event, Tran Thi Ha, Executive Vice President of Le Phong Group, said The Emerald River Park is a project the company has pursued and prepared for a long time. The project is designed to become a riverfront apartment complex combining green living space with amenities including a pool, riverside park, community spaces, and facilities intended to support residents’ health care and overall living experience.
According to the event, the project has been implemented over many years, including planning studies, legal work, and infrastructure investment. The land-use payments were completed nearly a year ago, and the project is now entering the construction and sales phase.
