Officially launching the National Job Exchange marks a concrete step in implementing the Party and Government’s policy on developing science, technology, innovation and digital transformation at the national level, notably under Resolution 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo and Resolution 71/NQ-CP of the Government. For state management agencies from central to local levels, the platform is a tool to govern and regulate the labor market, raise the quality of governance and organize employment services, serving as the basis to formulate and enforce labor, employment and social welfare policies for citizens. Locally, the Departments of Home Affairs, Employment Service Centers and related agencies are connected on the same platform to update and share data, organize job transactions and support workers and enterprises. For workers, the platform expands access to jobs quickly, transparently and without geographic boundaries. Workers receive AI-powered job matches that best fit their skills and experience. The platform also supports creating profiles, job searches, applications and participation in online job fairs. For enterprises, the platform helps reduce recruitment costs, shorten the time to find personnel through a nationwide candidate network, and broaden access to human resources. During operation, the platform will standardize and interconnect labor-market data, enhance state governance efficiency, help local authorities track labor trends, enable enterprises to access suitable talents, and make it easier for workers to access jobs openly, transparently and conveniently. According to Minister Do Thanh Bình, the National Job Exchange can operate effectively and deliver sustainable value only with active, proactive participation from all levels, sectors, business communities and the entire workforce. Therefore, the Ministry urges provincial People’s Committees, Departments of Home Affairs and employment service systems nationwide to thoroughly embody the directive spirit, view themselves as essential ‘satellite hubs,’ proactively update and share data to the national platform; closely support and guide businesses and citizens to use this platform as an essential daily tool, eliminating information fragmentation and siloed data at the local level. For the business community and workers, the Ministry recognizes that they are central and decisive to the platform’s vitality. It thus calls on the business community and all workers to quickly grasp, trust, leverage and use the National Job Exchange as the official, transparent and most efficient connecting platform. “The collaboration between the business community and workers is the key to jointly building a modern, flexible and integrated labor market,” Minister Do Thanh Bình affirmed.
