On the morning of May 8, 2026, Five Star Group held the launch event for The Royal subdivision within the Five Star Eco City megacity at Gem Center in Ho Chi Minh City. The event drew more than 2,000 business ambassadors from 68 distribution units, marking the formal market introduction of The Royal – Five Star Eco City.
From early morning, the venue was filled with check-in, networking, tea breaks, and performances from participating sales units. Five Star Group highlighted branding, slogans, and interactive activities, reflecting what it described as a high level of readiness from the distribution force ahead of the rollout.
During the program, the group announced key details about The Royal subdivision and introduced business policies intended to align with current market conditions. The company said these measures are expected to improve customer access and distribution efficiency in the near term.
A focal point of the launch was the introduction of Five Star Homes, positioned as the developer and operator of the business network for emblematic products within the Five Star Group ecosystem. The official introduction of Five Star Homes at the event signals a branding and operational upgrade for distribution, moving toward a more professional and integrated execution model.
Five Star Homes will develop business strategies, implement sales activities, and build a systematic dealer network. Under the new approach, the company said operations will be centralized through a single point of contact to optimize rollout efficiency and strengthen coordination between the project developer and distributors.
The Royal is described as one of the most valuable sub-areas within Five Star Eco City, a 669-hectare eco-city located at the southwestern gateway of Ho Chi Minh City. The project is developed with an ecological approach and about 40% built-up density, aiming to create a green living space that balances nature with modern utilities.
The article also linked the area’s development momentum to connectivity with key traffic corridors and regional infrastructure projects, including the Ben Luc – Long Thanh Expressway, Beltways 3, and the planned Beltway 4. It said infrastructure completion is expected to support urban dispersion, expand urban space, and form new growth centers.
The launch ceremony concluded with the joint participation of financial, construction, and business partners, marking the official activation of The Royal distribution system.
The program included recognition of outstanding units, prizes in a video-creation contest, and a lucky draw. Singer Tung Duong performed during the event.
Following the Ho Chi Minh City launch, Five Star Group plans to hold a similar rollout in Hanoi to widen connections and increase market coverage in the near future.
Five Star Group is described as a diversified conglomerate with over 33 years of development, building its position through a multi-faceted ecosystem and a sustainable approach. The company’s flagship eco-city project, Five Star Eco City, is presented as designed to balance living space, amenities, and landscape, aiming for a modern living environment aligned with ecological and cultural values.
