Taseco Group has completed the sale of 10,067,347 TAL shares of Taseco Land. The divestment was conducted via an ordinary transaction method from March 5, 2026 to March 13, 2026.
After the transaction, the number of TAL shares held by Taseco Group decreased from 226.067 million (equivalent to 62.80%) to 216 million shares, corresponding to 60% of charter capital.
With this stake, Taseco Group continued to hold a controlling position as the parent company of Taseco Land.
Based on market price, these shares are worth more than VND 400 billion.
In terms of business performance, Taseco Land closed 2025 with net revenue of over VND 3,730 billion and net profit after tax of nearly VND 675 billion.
Moving into Q1 2026, sales activity at Taseco Land is reflected by the opening sale of the Central Square Thai Nguyen project on March 14, 2026. The lineup comprises 174 shophouses along a 330-meter pedestrian street with a promotional square, and the opening day transactions reached 98%.
Following Central Square Thai Nguyen, Taseco Land is expected to continue launching large-scale projects in the northern regions with diverse development formats.
Sales results from the Thai Nguyen project and other ongoing projects such as Long Biên Central (Hanoi), Central Riverside (Thanh Hóa), and Dong Văn 3 Industrial Park (Ninh Bình) provide the basis for Taseco Land to update its 2026 business plan.
Accordingly, the company targets revenue of VND 13,000 billion and after-tax profit of VND 3,000 billion, corresponding to increases of 356% and 451% versus 2025 actual results.
To realize these financial targets, Taseco Land plans to continue bringing large-scale projects to market in the northern region. Key upcoming projects include a 115-hectare urban area in Duy Tiên (Ninh Bình), the Trung Văn – Tố Hữu project (Hà Nội), and Thủy Nguyên Industrial Park (Hải Phòng).
A diversified supply across segments, from urban
real estate to industrial real estate, is being used by management as a tool to expand revenue and maintain profit margins in the new market cycle.
