On the morning of April 9, Prime Minister Le Minh Hung chaired a meeting of the Standing Committee of the Government’s Party Committee and the Government at Government Headquarters to discuss and provide opinions on a number of issues within its remit and other items to be prepared for submission to competent authorities for consideration and decision.
This was the first meeting of the Standing Committee of the Government’s Party Committee and the Government’s Standing Committee since the 2026–2031 government was elected, approved, and appointed. The Politburo issued decisions appointing the Government’s Party Committee’s Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, and Deputy Secretary.
