Quảng Trị province has announced the Dream Home Đồng Hới social housing project, with a minimum investment requirement of 530 billion VND, aiming to address local demand for social housing and support urban development in Đồng Hới.
The Dream Home Đồng Hới social housing project will be implemented in Đồng Hới Ward on an area of about 0.56 hectares. The site is located in a connected area with access to multiple transport corridors and existing infrastructure, including land to the north belonging to the North Central Broadcasting Station, Phạm Hùng Street to the south, Đỗ Nhuận Street to the east, and the road linking Phạm Hùng to the riverside road along Cầu Rào to the west.
The project is designed to provide approximately 450–500 social housing units, serving around 1,600 people. In addition to expanding housing supply, it is expected to contribute to improvements in urban infrastructure, raise living standards, and promote development of urban space in Đồng Hới.
