Taseco Land Joint Stock Company (TAL) has released documents for its 2026 annual general meeting, scheduled for the afternoon of April 25 in Ba Dinh Ward, Hanoi. The company outlined growth targets, dividend plans, project execution priorities and proposed capital-raising measures for 2026.
TAL targets 2026 consolidated revenue of approximately VND 11,063 billion and after-tax profit of approximately VND 2,513 billion. This implies growth of roughly 3x for revenue and 3.7x for after-tax profit compared with 2025. If achieved, TAL said the results would be the highest level in the company’s history.
For 2025, TAL plans to pay a dividend of 15%. For 2026, the company intends to pay a dividend of around 30%–40%, with cash dividends capped at 15%.
TAL said it expects to begin construction on 11 projects in 2026 and to develop at least five new projects with a total land bank of about 300 hectares. The company also emphasized completing legal procedures to ensure construction can start and to support timely implementation.
In addition, TAL set 2026 operational priorities including:
TAL plans to submit to shareholders for approval a proposal to issue 108 million shares to increase equity by 30%. Under the plan, a shareholder holding 10 shares would receive 3 new shares.
The company also proposed issuing 10 million shares under an employee stock option program at VND 10,000 per share. This is far below the closing price on 03/04 of around VND 45,000, and execution is expected in 2026.
Separately, on 31/03 the Ministry of Defense approved investment in a housing project for the armed forces under the General Department II in Tay Tu, Hanoi. TAL Land and the Newtatco consortium were selected as the development unit.
The project covers nearly 4.3 hectares, with a 53% construction density. It includes 7 social housing buildings and 2 commercial buildings. A project rendering was provided, with source credited to TAL.
Closing 2025, TAL recorded consolidated revenue of over VND 3,730 billion, up 2.2x year-on-year and at a record high. Net profit after tax was over VND 673 billion, down 2% but still above plan. The company also referenced business results (KQKD) for 2021–2025 in the materials.
