On the morning of April 5, VinaLiving held a ground-breaking ceremony for the shopping center within the Salacia Villas project, attended by local government leaders, consulting and construction partners, and a wide audience of customers.
The shopping center is a key utility component that completes the commercial-service-entertainment ecosystem at Salacia Villas and is expected to be the first shopping center in Tan Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. At the event, Mr. Nguyễn Ngọc Ân, Chairman of the People’s Committee of Tan Thành Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, said that Tan Thành Ward prioritizes attracting quality projects that develop in a synchronized and sustainable manner. He noted that the shopping center at Salacia Villas reflects collaboration between business entities and local government, contributing to improved commercial-service infrastructure and residents’ quality of life.
For the investor VinaLiving, Mr. Lê Thanh Thành Công, Marketing - Business Director for Salacia Villas, said Salacia Villas is developed to modern standards and that the shopping center is a crucial component meeting shopping, leisure, and entertainment needs for residents and the wider community. He added that, with investment and participation from reputable partners, the shopping center is expected to become a standout landmark and help elevate local living standards and commercial services.
In recent years, the eastern area of Ho Chi Minh City has seen strong inflows of highly skilled professionals to industrial parks and logistics hubs. The completion of infrastructure is contributing to the emergence of new centers linked to ports and airports, which in turn is increasing demand for higher-quality housing.
