A class action lawsuit has been filed against Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises, Inc. (NYSE: BW) in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. The case was brought on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired B&W securities between November 5, 2025 and March 11, 2026 (inclusive). Investors have until June 15, 2026 to apply to be appointed as lead plaintiff.
According to the complaint, defendants made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose information during the class period, including that:
