From June 17 to 19, 2026, the CMC Technology Group, in cooperation with the Government Office, organized a training program titled “Applying AI in administrative work and comprehensive advisory at the Government Office” for 68 officers and civil servants from agencies and units under the Government Office.
Trainees took part in hands-on AI practice using real-world administrative and advisory scenarios, following the motto “Learning to apply immediately.” According to the program design, 70% of sessions were devoted to practical work on prominent AI platforms, including C-AI Legal and C-BizAgent—AI products researched and developed by CMC.
Experts in AI transformation (AI-X) and lecturers from the CMC ecosystem participated, including representatives from CMC University and Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Hanoi National University, and the National Institute of Digital Technology & Digital Transformation under the Ministry of Science and Technology.
The program is presented as part of ongoing efforts by Vietnamese technology enterprises to work with government agencies to strengthen AI capability and promote digital transformation and national AI transformation.
Organizers said the training equips participants with knowledge, skills, and methods to apply AI to practical administrative tasks and to support advisory work, with the aim of improving the efficiency and quality of advisory outputs in a modern administrative environment.
Representatives from the Government Office, Ms. Mai Thi Thu Van, Deputy Chief of the Government Office, praised the collaboration and highlighted the program’s practical orientation, with 30% theory and 70% practice.
CMC University contributed to content design and teaching throughout the program. The curriculum covered AI overview, prompt engineering, applying AI transformation in administrative work, human–AI collaboration, handling advisory scenarios, and topics on ethics, legality, information security, and data protection.
The program included study visits and topic exchanges at Samsung R&D Vietnam to explore AI transformation applications in a global technology enterprise context.
Participants also gained direct experience with AI transformation products developed by the CMC ecosystem, notably:
Through real-world scenarios, trainees practiced applying AI to document research, report summarization, data extraction, and the development of advisory proposals. The program materials also stated that C-BizAgent provides specialized AI assistants for data analysis and knowledge extraction to support government administration and comprehensive advisory tasks.
At the closing ceremony, Do Ngoc Huynh, Deputy Chief of the Government Office, praised the program quality and CMC’s ongoing support in boosting AI capacity for civil servants. He said systematic AI research and application in a structured path are essential to improve efficiency, reduce time spent on manual tasks, and enhance the quality of advisory work.
Leaders also welcomed CMC’s proposal to develop a dedicated AI assistant system for the Government Office, with an emphasis on data security and alignment with office operations.
PGS.TS. Nguyen Thanh Tung, Vice President of CMC and Rector of CMC University, said AI transformation is driving fundamental changes in public-sector working methods, while technology does not replace human responsibility. He added that the biggest challenge is not access to AI but building the capacity to use AI solutions effectively, safely, and responsibly. He described AI as a “digital assistant” for searching, summarizing reports, and analyzing data, while final decisions remain with civil servants’ professional expertise, critical thinking, and judgment.
Organizers noted that in January 2026, CMC previously coordinated AI transformation training for Government Office leadership, staff, and civil servants. This June program was described as a deeper development in the collaboration, with CMC participating in program design, content development, and direct knowledge transfer.
CMC said it will continue supporting the Government Office through training, consulting, and implementation of AI transformation to improve digital capabilities for civil servants in the new period.
