The congress was organized based on Decision Nos. 2737/QD-UBND dated November 26, 2025 and 2781/QD-UBND dated November 28, 2026 by the Da Nang People’s Committee approving the mobilization and establishing the Da Nang Logistics Association. At the congress, delegates approved the charter and operating directions for the 2026-2031 term, with a focus on strengthening member connectivity, enhancing competitiveness, promoting digital transformation, and expanding domestic and international cooperation; aiming to build a reputable social-professional organization that serves as a connector, coordinator and driver of the logistics ecosystem; contributing to making Da Nang a regional logistics center in the Central region and the East-West Economic Corridor. The congress elected the association's Executive Committee for the 2026-2031 term, consisting of 18 members; and at the first meeting, the Standing Committee elected 5 members; Mr. Tran Le Tuan, General Director of Da Nang Port, was appointed President of the Da Nang City Logistics Association. Da Nang City Logistics Association is a social-professional organization of organizations, enterprises, and Vietnamese citizens active in transport, trade, warehousing, forwarding and logistics services under the Commercial Law in Da Nang City.
