The DJS Law Group is reminding investors of a class action lawsuit against Enphase Energy, Inc. (“Enphase” or “the Company”) (NASDAQ: ENPH) alleging violations of §§10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 10b-5 promulgated thereunder by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
According to the Complaint, Enphase made false and misleading statements to the market. The lawsuit alleges that the company misstated its potential to overcome the termination of the Residential Clean Energy Credit. It also alleges that Enphase misled the market about its ability to manage channel inventory. Based on these facts, the Complaint contends that Enphase’s public statements were false and materially misleading throughout the class period.
Shareholders who purchased shares of ENPH during the class period listed are encouraged to contact the firm regarding possible lead plaintiff appointments. Appointment as lead plaintiff is not required to partake in any recovery.
