This week, 40 companies announced ex-rights dates for dividend payments. Of these, 25 will pay cash dividends at rates ranging from 0.7% to 125%, while the remainder will pay dividends in stock.
Techcom Securities Joint Stock Company (TCX) approved a capital increase through issuing 556,522 ESOP shares at 10,000 VND per share. The ESOP shares will be non-transferable for one year.
TCX will issue the 556,522 ESOP shares to employees. It also announced the list of 28 employees eligible to purchase ESOP shares in this tranche, with allocations ranging from 6,000 to nearly 57,000 shares. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hien, recently appointed Vice Chair of the Board on July 1, is expected to purchase 46,261 shares.
Vietcap Securities Joint Stock Company (VCI) announced issuing ESOP shares in 2026 with 4.6 million units at an issue price of 11,000 VND per share. The funding and purchasing window runs from June 17 to June 24.
In this tranche, 178 Vietcap employees can purchase ESOP shares. The CEO, Ton Minh Phuong, is the biggest buyer with 480,000 shares, followed by Deputy CEO Tuan Nhan expected to buy 380,000 shares and Deputy CEO Doan Minh Thien expected to buy around 250,000 shares.
SSI Securities Joint Stock Company (SSI) approved continuing ESOP distribution. As of June 10, SSI had distributed 9.7 million ESOP shares, with 289,500 shares remaining to be allocated. The issue price is 10,000 VND per share.
ESOP shares are transferable 50% after two years and the remaining 50% after three years from the end of the issue.
Masan Group (MSN) will issue more than 14 million ESOP shares at 10,000 VND per share. The ESOPs amount to about 0.95% of the outstanding shares. MSN trades at around 71,200 VND per share, about seven times the issue price.
Masan Consumer (MCH) also announced an ESOP program with nearly 13 million shares, including 32,583 treasury shares and 12.91 million new shares. The discounted price for employees is 10,000 VND per share, compared with a current price of 129,600 VND per share. The employee benefit from this ESOP is about 1,547 billion VND.
Platinum Victory Pte. Ltd. registered to buy 20,485,510 REE shares of Tan Cty Co Dien Lanh (REE). The transaction is planned for June 15 to July 14 via a negotiated method.
If completed, the current owner would hold 41.7% of charter capital, rising to 44.99% after the purchase.
Nam Ba Bay Investment JSC (NBB) will sell all 315,861 treasury shares from July 1 to July 30 to restructure capital. The sale price will be at market price and not lower than 17,760 VND per share.
Vinaconex has completed the sale of 35.4 million VIW shares, representing 61% of Viwaseen’s charter capital, through a negotiated transaction.
After the deal, Vinaconex’s ownership falls from 86.01% to 25% of charter capital, and it is no longer Viwaseen’s parent company.
Vinaconex’s exit from Viwaseen came a few months after the Saigon State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) sold Viwaseen to Vinaconex.
Coinbase has launched a High Yield USDC vault within its in-app DeFi lending offering, adding a second lending option that provides exposure to a wider range of collateral assets. The product is powered by Morpho infrastructure and uses vault allocations curated by Steakhouse Financial.
