At the close of the offering on May 7, 2026, F88 successfully offered 3 million bonds named F88BOND.PO.02 to 197 domestic investors. The bond code is expected to be F88126015. The offer price was 100,000 VND per bond, bringing the total issue value to 300 billion VND. The bonds have a 24-month term and a fixed interest rate of 10% per year.
Under the previously announced plan, proceeds from the bond offering will be used to strengthen F88’s capital for its pawnbroking services business. Specifically, 150 billion VND will be allocated to car pawn loans and 150 billion VND to motorcycle pawn loans. Funds are expected to be deployed from Q1 2026 to Q2 2026.
Following the bond issuance, F88’s total debt increased from about 4,554 billion VND to about 4,854 billion VND. Short-term debt remained above 2,986.7 billion VND, while long-term debt was about 1,867.3 billion VND.
On January 10, 2026, F88 successfully issued the first tranche of 3 million bonds named F88BOND.PO.01, with the indicative bond code F88126002. The total issue value was 300 billion VND, with a 24-month maturity.
According to Public Bond Offering Registration Certificate No. 446/GCN-UBCK, F88 was approved to offer a total of 10 million bonds divided into three tranches. In addition to the two tranches above, the company planned a third tranche of 4 million bonds, F88BOND.PO.03. If the issuer does not sell all bonds in a tranche, unsold bonds will roll over to the next tranche.
Separately, F88 recently approved a plan to pay 2025 dividends to shareholders in cash. The company intends to pay nearly 476.9 billion VND in cash dividends at a rate of 28.5%, equivalent to 2,850 VND per share. The source of funds will be retained earnings as of December 31, 2025, based on the audited 2025 financial statements.
The last day to register for cash dividend rights is May 11, 2026, and the dividend payment date is May 14, 2026. The accompanying list indicates that F88’s parent company, F88 Investment JSC (ticker: F88, UPCoM), is expected to receive more than 476.8 billion VND in dividends. CEO Phùng Anh Tuấn and Ngô Quang Hưng are each set to receive more than 23.8 million VND in dividends.
