Female investor born in 1995 directly holds nearly VND 3.8 trillion of ACB shares

A major shareholder group related to Au Lac Joint Stock Company continued to increase its stake in ACB. In a trading session on June 12, 2026, Mrs. Nguyen Thien Huong Jenny bought an additional 15.746 million ACB shares.

Transaction details and ownership changes

Following the purchase, the number of shares held by Ms. Jenny rose from more than 135.6 million shares to more than 151.4 million shares. Her ownership increased from 2.64% to 2.95% of ACB’s charter capital.

Including related individuals, the group’s total ACB holdings after the transaction reached more than 492 million shares, equivalent to 9.59% of charter capital.

Timing ahead of ex-dividend date

The share purchase took place shortly before ACB’s ex-dividend date on June 16, 2026.

2025 dividend plan and expected share impact

ACB will pay the 2025 dividend at a total rate of 20%, comprising 13% stock and 7% cash (700 dong per share). Cash payment is expected on June 23, 2026.

With the stock dividend of 13%, Ms. Jenny is expected to receive about 19.7 million additional shares, which would lift her personal stake to over 171 million shares. After the dividend, the group is expected to hold over 556 million ACB shares.

Estimated value of holdings and cash dividend

Based on the closing price on June 19, 2026 of 22,200 dong per share, the market value of Ms. Jenny’s ACB stake (after the stock dividend) is estimated at nearly 3.8 trillion dong. Including related individuals, the total value of ACB share holdings is estimated to exceed 12.3 trillion dong.

In addition to the stock dividend, Ms. Jenny will receive a cash dividend of 700 dong per share. From her personal stake after the transaction, the cash dividend is estimated at about 106 billion dong.
