On 17/6/2026, fuel prices in Vietnam showed a mixed but mostly easing pattern domestically, while global benchmarks continued to drop sharply toward the mid-$70s per barrel.
Internationally, Brent was quoted at 79.46 USD/barrel, down from 83.8 USD in the previous day, 95.61 USD 7 days ago, and 109.12 USD 30 days ago. WTI stood at 75.8 USD/barrel, compared with 81.52 USD in the previous day, 92.94 USD 7 days ago, and 102.38 USD 30 days ago.
News flow over the past 24 hours consistently pointed to a strong decline: oil prices fell to the lowest levels in about 3 months, with Brent slipping below the 80 USD/barrel mark and WTI moving closer to 75 USD/barrel.
