From 18:30 to 23:00 on April 28, authorities will restrict vehicles as described below. The restrictions apply to trucks with a total designed load of 1.5 tonnes or more, and passenger cars with 16 seats or more (except buses, garbage-collection vehicles, incident-resolving vehicles, vehicles with protection badges, and vehicles of the police or military) and to other vehicles on certain routes. The affected routes include: Le Quang Dao, Le Duc Tho, Tan My, Me Tri, Tran Huu Duc, Ham Nghi, Nguyen Co Thach, Do Xuan Hop, Nguyen Hoang, Pham Hung, Chau Van Liem, the right-side service lane of Dai lo Thang Long (from Pham Hung to Le Quang Dao), Ho Tung Mau, Cau Dien, Trinh Van Bo. During this period, the Hanoi Police will direct traffic to detour away from the restricted area. Specifically, vehicles from National Route 32 toward Dai lo Thang Long should pass via Provincial Route 70 or the elevated Ring Road 3, and vice versa. For other routes and vehicles, comply with regulations on traffic operations in Hanoi. The Hanoi Police request the Department of Construction, based on the traffic-flow notice, to direct units to adjust routes, bus corridors, and limit traffic volume and frequency on the routes in accordance with the notice.
