On May 15, 2026, LPBank will finalize the list of shareholders eligible to receive the 2025 cash dividend. To be entitled to the dividend, investors must purchase LPB shares and hold them until May 13.
With a 30% payout ratio, LPBank expects to pay 3,000 dong per share, translating into nearly 8,962 billion dong in total cash dividends to shareholders. The payment is scheduled for May 25, 2026.
The 30% cash dividend entitlement is expected to make LPBank the bank with the highest cash dividend in the system in 2026. The bank is also noted for maintaining a fully cash-based dividend policy at a large scale.
In 2025, LPBank paid cash dividends at a 25% payout ratio, corresponding to a dividend payout of 7,468 billion dong.
At the annual general meeting on April 28, Deputy Chairman of the Board Bùi Thái Hà said that paying a 30% cash dividend represents a very large effort by the bank. He added that, alongside the dividend plan, the leadership ensures LPBank meets all capital adequacy criteria and safety ratios required by the State Bank of Vietnam.
