A major shareholder of CEO Group has sold a total of 9 million CEO shares across two trading sessions to meet personal financial needs, the company said. Truong Thuận Co., Ltd. reported the transactions.
Truong Thuận sold 7 million CEO shares on April 8, 2026. Following the sale, its holding decreased from nearly 44.9 million shares (7.91%) to about 37.9 million shares (6.67%).
Earlier, on April 7, 2026, Truong Thuận sold 2 million CEO shares for personal financial reasons.
Truong Thuận became a major shareholder after acquiring 42.5 million CEO shares on September 29, 2023, equivalent to 8.26% of charter capital.
Separately, CEO Group approved holding the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) No. 2. The meeting is scheduled for April 24, 2026, at the 6th floor of the CEO Tower, Pham Hung Street, Tu Liet, Hanoi.
The company noted that the previously held AGM on March 27, 2026 did not reach the required quorum, with only 30.6% of voting shares present or represented.
CEO Group plans to seek shareholder approval for the 2026 business plan, targeting consolidated revenue of VND 3,000 billion and net profit of VND 300 billion. This represents increases of 124% and 50%, respectively, compared with 2025 results.
In 2025, CEO Group reported consolidated revenue of VND 1,339 billion, up 2%, and net profit of over VND 200 billion, up 20% year on year.
For profit distribution, CEO Group plans to pay the 2025 dividend in stock at 5%. Under the proposed ratio, for every 100 shares, shareholders would receive 5 new shares, implying the issuance of more than 28.3 million new shares.
At the AGM, the Board proposed amending and supplementing several business lines. The additions include 46 sectors such as manufacturing computers and peripheral devices, and producing wooden beds, wardrobes, tables, and chairs, as well as hospital and medical facility operations.
Conversely, the company proposed removing 32 sectors, including short-term lodging (hotels) and real estate brokerage or land-use rights auctions.
The meeting also includes discussion of remuneration for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board members in 2026. The Chairman is proposed to receive VND 10 million per month, board members VND 7 million, the Head of the Supervisory Board VND 4 million, and other Supervisory Board members VND 3 million.
