On the afternoon of April 21, the National Assembly approved adding two items to the agenda of the first session of the 16th National Assembly, with 462 of 466 deputies voting in favor.
The two approved items are:
Previously, the Secretary of the National Assembly’s Standing Committee, the National Assembly’s General Secretary, and the Chief of the Office of the National Assembly Le Quang Mạnh presented the report on adding items to the First Session’s program. The National Assembly’s General Secretary said the Assembly would adjust the timing of consideration of certain contents to suit.
Accordingly, the session will be extended by 0.5 day, and it is expected to adjourn in the morning of April 24 (Friday).
