On April 16, 2026, in Ho Chi Minh City, NovaGroup announced that Mr. Bui Cao Nhat Quan will assume the position of Chairman of the Board, replacing Mr. Bui Thanh Nhon as part of the planned leadership transition. Following the transition, Mr. Nhon, the founder of the group, will continue to provide strategic direction, lead the long-term vision, and will remain Chairman of Nova Holding, the entity that holds the controlling stake in NovaGroup and chairs Novaland (HOSE: NVL). Along with the appointment, NovaGroup reorganized its senior leadership. Appointments include Mr. Duong Van Bac (Board Member); Mrs. Tran Thi Thanh Van (Board Member, CEO); Mrs. Truong Thi Hoang Lan (Deputy CEO of Investment); Mrs. Pham Thi Hong Nhung (Deputy CEO of Operations). According to the company, the leadership restructuring is part of a broader reorganization aimed at preparing for the next development phase. The management is organized around three pillars: governance, investment management, and operations. NovaGroup traces its origins to Thanh Nhon Trading Co., Ltd., which was restructured in 2007 and has developed into a multi-industry group. The group currently operates an ecosystem with three pillars: Novaland (real estate), Nova Services (services—travel—entertainment), and Nova Consumer (agriculture—consumer goods). The latest changes to the enterprise’s business registration in December 2025 show the legal representative and CEO have changed from Pham Thi Hong Nhung to Tran Thien Thanh Thuy. Ms. Thuy previously served as a Board Member of Thanh Thanh Cong Travel from 2024–2025. Registered charter capital as of October 2022 was 5,203 billion dong.
