Mr. Bùi Thành Nhơn, founder of NovaGroup and chairman of the board of Nova Holding, has transferred the chairmanship of NovaGroup to his son, Bùi Cao Nhật Quân. On the evening of April 16, Nova Group (NovaGroup) announced the appointment of leadership for the Board of Directors and the executive management. Accordingly, Mr. Bùi Thành Nhơn – Chairman of the Board of Nova Holding, founder of NovaGroup and Novaland Group – transfers the role of Chairman of the Board of NovaGroup to his son, Bùi Cao Nhật Quân. This transition was pre-planned as part of the group's long-term development strategy to ensure succession, continuity, and adaptability to the new business environment. In parallel with the transition, NovaGroup is reorganizing its senior leadership around three pillars: governance, investment management, and operations management. Notably, key appointments during this time include: Mr. Dương Văn Bắc, a member of the Board; Ms. Trần Thị Thanh Vân, a member of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of NovaGroup; Ms. Trương Thị Hoàng Lan, Deputy CEO of Investment; and Ms. Phạm Thị Hồng Nhung, Deputy CEO of Operations.
