The suspect contacted his girlfriend P.H.T (born 2006; residing in Tuyên Quang province, currently in Kim Liên ward) to receive an access code, then logged into the gambling site \"vvv.vip\" and transferred 2,500,000 dong to participate. Between 08:16 and 09:00 on the same day, Tuấn made 66 bets, participated in Baccarat, and won 4,500,000 dong. Subsequently, the suspect withdrew a total of 7,000,000 dong to the bank account of T., then retrieved 6,000,000 dong, with the remainder used to repay debts. During the inspection, authorities found the violation could not be concealed; Tuấn voluntarily admitted his gambling. The case is currently under further investigation by Kim Liên Ward Police and will be processed according to law.
