Techcombank (Vietnam Technological Commercial Joint Stock Bank) has announced plans to pay a cash dividend for 2025 at a rate of 7% of par value, equivalent to VND 700 per share. The total cash dividend payout is expected to exceed VND 4.960 trillion.
The record date to receive the dividend is May 20, 2026. The bank expects to pay the dividend on June 10, 2026.
The dividend distribution plan for 2025 was approved by Techcombank’s 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, together with the 2026 Business Plan and other proposals and resolutions. The payment also marks the bank’s third consecutive year of paying cash dividends to shareholders.
In addition to the cash dividend, Techcombank plans to distribute an additional 60% of bonus shares in 2026 as announced at the AGM.
Techcombank also reaffirmed its development roadmap for a new phase of business, citing positive results amid ongoing challenges. In its recent disclosure of 1Q 2026 results, the bank reported multiple indicators described as positive and sustainable.
By the end of Q1 2026, Techcombank’s operating income reached VND 13.7 trillion, up 17.8% year-on-year. Pre-tax profit rose to a record VND 8.9 trillion, up 22.6%.
Total assets reached VND 1.19 quadrillion. Loans increased 2.89%, with the share of real estate lending reduced to 28.9%. Retail and SME lending grew strongly to VND 395.3 trillion.
Deposits reached VND 651 trillion, up 14.2%. The CASA ratio remained among the leading groups at 37.9%.
Techcombank said its safety indicators remained robust, with an LDR of 80.5%, CAR at 15.2%, an NPL ratio of 1.16%, and an NPL coverage ratio of 129.3%.
