Transerco announced the plan to provide public bus transport services during the Hung Kings Day holiday (10/3), on April 30 and May 1. To meet the travel demand of residents before, during, and after the Hung Kings holiday, Hanoi Transport Corporation (Transerco) announced the following bus service plan: Maintain stable operations: Keep the current timetable network-wide throughout the holiday period. The total number of trips planned: 64,133 trips. Increase service capacity: The affiliated units will actively prepare sufficient personnel and vehicles, ready to relieve passengers at terminals and transfer points as required by the regulatory authorities. It is planned to deploy 18 standby buses with nearly 50 additional trips on 9 bus routes connecting terminals and transfer points. To ensure quality service during the holiday, the company requires units to organize operations scientifically, assign shifts to promptly relieve passengers at designated locations, proactively manage operations, ensure stable routing and maintain service quality indicators. Ensure environmental hygiene, decorate units, increase patrols, reinforce safety against fire and explosions on routes and at units. Ensure political security, public order and safety, traffic safety, and maintain stable production to serve residents during the holiday.
