Vietcombank and VTV have signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement aimed at connecting data, developing a digital ecosystem, and creating a seamless experience for tens of millions of users across platforms.
The agreement is structured around three main areas: ecosystem integration, delivery of user experiences, and dissemination of financial knowledge.
Vietcombank and VTV will integrate their digital ecosystems and financial services by linking Vietcombank’s banking solutions with VTV’s digital platform. The goal is to create a continuous journey for users—from accessing and interacting with content to making payments and using services within the same digital environment.
The two sides will leverage their customer ecosystems to expand personalization, develop new privileges and utilities, and increase coverage for different user groups.
Vietcombank and VTV will disseminate financial literacy through in-depth content, with the aim of improving asset management skills, strengthening risk awareness, and supporting a safe and transparent digital environment.
All cooperation activities will be implemented in accordance with applicable laws and with high standards of data safety and security.
At the signing ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Vietcombank, and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Lam, Deputy General Director of VTV, represented the two units in signing the agreement in the presence of delegates. Photo: Vietcombank.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung said Vietcombank and VTV are national brands with deep histories and broad reach in Vietnamese households. He noted that the cooperation seeks to leverage both ecosystems to deliver practical value to the community and the economy.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Lam said connecting the two ecosystems will create value in a multiplicative way, enabling seamless, personalized, and more modern digital experiences for tens of millions of Vietnamese people. He added that the initiative is also a step toward building national digital infrastructure, improving living standards, and promoting the digital economy and digital society in the country’s new development phase.
The comprehensive cooperation between Vietcombank and VTV is described as both a milestone and a reflection of the broader trend of cross-sector convergence in the digital economy. From connection to resonance and from foundation to ecosystem, the cooperation is expected to support new integration models between content, data, and services, thereby enhancing user experiences and accelerating national digital transformation.
