VinFast has signed cooperation agreements with 14 distributors to accelerate the rollout of its retail and service network and to prepare for the launch of electric motorcycles in the Philippines from June. The signing ceremony took place on April 16 in Hanoi.
The partners are companies with broad store networks, operational experience, and a commitment to green transformation. Under the agreements, VinFast and the distributors will rapidly deploy showrooms across the Philippines, with the goal of opening multiple sales points when the electric motorcycles officially launch.
The planned outlets will be located in high-mobility areas including Metro Manila, Metro Davao, Rizal, Laguna, Cavite, Batangas, Metro Cebu, Bulacan and other key cities. All outlets will apply uniform operating standards and a global brand identity, forming a foundation for VinFast to expand its sales and service network nationwide.
In the initial phase, dealers will distribute electric motorcycles using flexible battery swapping, including models such as Evo, Feliz II and Viper, along with new models expected to debut. VinFast will also continue studying and refining its product lineup to better match local infrastructure and consumer usage patterns in the Philippines.
VinFast also plans to deploy about 30,000 battery-swap stations nationwide through partnerships with infrastructure providers, aiming to improve convenience and flexibility for electric motorcycle users.
Vo Thi Cam Tu, CEO of VinFast Electric Motorbikes International, said the collaboration with 14 major distributors is intended to quickly build the distribution and service platform from the outset.
“We not only supply products that meet local demand but also develop an integrated ecosystem, from battery-swap infrastructure to after-sales services, to make it easier for users to access and use electric vehicles,” Tu said.
The 14 distributors include:

VinFast has already established a presence in Southeast Asia, including the Philippines, through an EV lineup and infrastructure/service partnerships.
The electric motorcycle expansion is positioned as a continuation of VinFast’s green mobility ecosystem, aiming to provide additional choices to consumers during the transition to eco-friendly transport.
