Ahead of policy changes, many small businesses are concerned about complying with new rules while continuing to operate and grow. To address these concerns, ACB has launched a special 30 million VND package designed to help small businesses operate lawfully and expand in the new phase.
The program combines financial solutions, training, brand development support, and a loan interest reduction to help small businesses standardize operations and expand into new sales channels.
The 10 million VND financial solutions package, developed by ACB in collaboration with FinOne, targets a common bottleneck: not revenue levels, but how operations are run—often manual and dependent on experience and staff. In light of regulatory changes, the package emphasizes operating transparently and standardizing processes.
It includes free payment acceptance devices such as POS and QR and related devices, as well as free sales software, digital signatures, and 1,000 electronic invoices.
The software allows users to generate electronic invoices on mobile devices, connect directly with the tax system, and file taxes online without multiple intermediaries. It also supports an interface designed to be easy for beginners, along with integrated sales management, social security contributions, and digital signatures—helping streamline and synchronize operations.
By moving away from manual processes, small businesses can progressively standardize activities, monitor cash flow and manage revenue, creating a foundation to scale.
The 20 million VND training package focuses on building business on digital platforms including ecommerce, TikTok Shop, livestreaming, affiliate marketing, digital advertising, and AI applications.
The program is practical and hands-on, helping small businesses understand how to operate these platforms, implement and optimize selling activities, and expand their market beyond traditional geographic areas. It also includes advanced tax content to support invoicing compliance and tax obligations in the digital environment.
ACB also offers a brand development package through the ACB Rewards ecosystem, enabling small businesses to advertise their brand and reach more than nine million ACB customers with a few clicks.
The initiative is positioned not only as a promotional channel, but as a way to build brand recognition and reach customers at a larger scale. By leveraging existing ecosystem traffic, it aims to shorten customer acquisition time and shift focus from finding orders to building a brand and supporting long-term growth.
To ease cost pressures in a challenging economy, ACB offers a 1 percent loan interest reduction with a limit of total facilities up to 5 trillion VND.
ACB provides the 1 percent rate cut with total facilities up to 5 trillion VND, intended to help small businesses restock inventory, invest in sales channels, and expand operations as needed.
Mr. Tu Tien Phat, CEO of ACB, said the bank aims to build a platform for long-term growth of small businesses, noting that supporting compliance alone addresses only part of the challenge, while providing the right tools and platform can create an opportunity for businesses to break through.
Special package details for small businesses include: 10 million VND financial solutions, 20 million VND training, a brand development package, and a 1 percent loan rate reduction with facilities up to 5 trillion VND.
