Accesso Technology Group PLC has appointed Joni Newkirk to its board as a non-executive director, as the AIM-listed technology provider seeks to sharpen its focus on analytics-led growth following its recent acquisition of Dexibit.
Accesso said Newkirk brings more than 35 years of experience across the attractions and hospitality sectors, with expertise in data analytics, pricing and revenue management. The company added that her background will support its efforts to deliver more data-led insight and impact for customers.
Newkirk most recently served as chief executive and co-founder of Integrated Insight, a consulting firm specialising in pricing, revenue management, consumer insights and data analytics for consumer-facing service industries. Accesso said she led the business from its founding in 2009 until its sale in 2026.
Before that, Newkirk spent roughly two decades at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, rising to senior vice president of business insight and improvement. In that role, Accesso said she oversaw more than US$8 billion in revenue across Disney’s global theme parks, resorts and cruise lines.
