On April 17, 2026, in Macau, BIDV participated for the first time in the Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards and won the Gold Stevie Award for its financial literacy communications aimed at young people. The program was built on the goal of making personal finance more accessible to the young, moving financial knowledge from textbooks into everyday life to help shift attitudes and behaviors across the next generation.
BIDV’s campaign surpassed more than 1,000 nominations to become the only bank in Vietnam to win the Gold Award in the Innovation in Cross-Media Marketing category. The recognition highlights BIDV’s financial education efforts for youth during 2024–2025, which combined multiple media formats and community-focused delivery.
BIDV served as a strategic partner and content advisor for the Moneyverse program, developed by The Moneyverse with VTV Times. The Moneyverse finals of Season 2 are described as the first financial education game show for Vietnamese youth. The program presents financial concepts through a TV show, digital content, university activities, and a multi-media ecosystem.
Across two seasons, Moneyverse reached more than 54 universities and over 350,000 students nationwide. On digital platforms, it recorded approximately 130 million impressions, over 300 million video views, and nearly 2 million interactions.
In addition to Moneyverse, BIDV’s The Money Manifest podcast series has reached over 1.6 million young people through podcast platforms and digital audio content. The series uses a peer-oriented communication approach, featuring real-life financial stories shared by influencers and youth leaders, including mistakes, lessons, and difficult money-related decisions. BIDV said this format is designed to build trust and empathy with a skeptical younger audience.
BIDV’s financial education activities are positioned as part of Vietnam’s National Financial Inclusion Strategy, where financial education is described as foundational to expanding access to financial services and supporting inclusive growth.
For 2025, Moneyverse is set to expand its reach by doubling the scale of regional qualifiers to 54 universities. The program theme focuses on digital transformation, with designs intended to make finance an essential life skill—encouraging the use of formal financial services and promoting cashless payments in the context of digital transformation.
BIDV also stated that the program is delivered through a multi-platform approach supported by a team of more than 30 BIDV experts, aiming to improve financial literacy among youth and narrow access gaps across demographics.
Stevie Awards experts noted that BIDV’s campaign demonstrates leadership in financial education at a national scale, using a multi-media approach centered on youth. The combination of edutainment and peer-based communication was cited as a key differentiator from typical banking campaigns.
The Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards is described as an international awards program recognizing achievements in business innovation, technology, and marketing across the region. In 2026, the program received over 1,000 nominations from companies across 23 markets in Asia-Pacific, evaluated by an international judging panel of experts, business leaders, and branding strategists.
