Chairman Ta Duc Thang, a member of the Party Central Committee’s Politburo and a member of the Central Military Commission, and Chairman and CEO of Viettel High Tech (VHT), delivered a speech to mark Viettel High Tech’s 15th anniversary and its designation as a Hero of Viettel High Tech.
In his remarks, Ta Duc Thang said the Ministry of National Defense will continue to assign additional tasks in new areas, including missiles, military chips, and low-Earth-orbit satellites, with a long-term development focus.
He said the group defines its role as a pioneer and leader in scientific and technological research. VHT will lead in registering and developing strategic products, while mastering and guiding research in strategic technologies.
