Song Hỷ Quốc Tế Co., Ltd. updated its ownership and management information in April 2026. The company’s charter capital is now 790 billion đồng, with Mr. Lê Vũ Linh (born 1993) serving as General Director and legal representative.
Song Hỷ Quốc Tế was established in 1999 in Thuận An town, Bình Dương Province. The company is the investor of a residential project at 19/2A Highway 13, Lái Thiêu Ward, Thuận An City (the former Bình Dương).
The project has been marketed under several commercial names, including Aster Garden Towers, Tecco City, and The New Point. The total land area is 18,855 square meters, with total investment of around 2,000 billion đồng.
In 2018, the company’s charter capital was 150 billion đồng. At that time, Mr. Nguyễn Phú Tiến held 99% and Ms. Nguyễn Thị Hương Ngân held 1%.
In 2019, Thuduc House (HOSE: TDH) acquired Song Hỷ Quốc Tế in full for 259 billion đồng. After the transaction, TDH held 99% of the capital, while 1% was held under the name of Mr. La Cam Nam.
In 2020, TDH increased the company’s charter capital to 790 billion đồng, with ownership of 99.67% for TDH and 0.33% for Mr. La Cam Nam.
In 2021, TDH exited Song Hỷ Quốc Tế completely for nearly 927 billion đồng, and the company recorded a profit of about 225 billion đồng.
After TDH withdrew, the ownership structure recorded in April 2021 showed Mr. Bùi Nguyên Phong holding 99.672% and Ms. Trần Thị Hà holding 0.328% (then Director and legal representative).
A few days later, the structure changed when Nguyen Ba Duong joined with 50% of the capital. Mr. Phong’s stake fell to 49.627%, while Ms. Hà retained 0.328%.
In May 2025, the shareholder structure included Le Phong Investment and Development Co., Ltd holding 49.627%, Mr. Nguyễn Ba Duong owning 50%, and Ms. Trần Thị Hà holding 0.328%. Ms. Hà continued to serve as Director and legal representative.
In August 2025, Bcons began participation with 5%. Le Phong then held 47.189%, Mr. Duong held 47.5%, and Ms. Hà held 0.311%.
By October 2025, Bcons increased its ownership to 60%, becoming the controlling shareholder. At the same time, Le Phong’s stake declined to 19.869%, Mr. Duong to 20%, and Ms. Hà to 0.131%.
At the end of 2025, Ms. Hà no longer held the Director and legal representative role of the enterprise.
In April 2026, Mr. Lê Vũ Linh was appointed General Director and legal representative. The information provided also states that Mr. Linh holds a senior position within the Bcons Investment Construction Joint Stock Company system.
After Bcons took official control, the project owned by Song Hỷ Quốc Tế was renamed Bcons NewSky, with a scale of 1,632 apartments.
