Song Hỷ Quốc Tế was established in 1999 in Thuận An town, Bình Dương Province. The company is the investor of a residential project at 19/2A Highway 13, Lái Thiêu Ward, Thuận An City (the former Bình Dương).
The project has been marketed under several commercial names, including Aster Garden Towers, Tecco City, and The New Point. The total land area is 18,855 square meters, with total investment of around 2,000 billion đồng.

By October 2025, Bcons increased its ownership to 60%, becoming the controlling shareholder. At the same time, Le Phong’s stake declined to 19.869%, Mr. Duong to 20%, and Ms. Hà to 0.131%.
At the end of 2025, Ms. Hà no longer held the Director and legal representative role of the enterprise.
