For new household businesses starting operations, reporting bank account numbers or e-wallet IDs should be done together with the tax filing or revenue notification when the business begins.
According to the tax authorities, household businesses must declare all bank accounts and e-wallets used for business activity. The reporting can be done online via the eTax Mobile app or the tax service portal.
If overdue, household businesses may be penalized under Decree 310/2025/NĐ-CP amending Article 19 of Decree 125/2020/NĐ-CP.
